This is even more true in our modern age where a lot of people look ‘online’ and in this process they have to insert there requirements, including maximum price. The final point to make on this subject is; in our experience a lot of people are afraid to offer a much lower price as they don’t want to be perceived as rude or risk upsetting the vendor.
