Selling off plan brings a whole new dimension to selling property as there is nothing to walk around, see or feel. This can be overcome with planning, good visuals and being aware of any incentives or government schemes available. We recently sold 10 properties for a developer, before they even had their roofs on. This was done by having a very good, pro-active relationship with the developer and agreeing to having realistic 3d imaging done, along with in-depth architects plans, samples of fixtures and fittings and in this case being very aware of the government led Help to Buy Scheme which is available to new homes. All of this, along with good support from a local solicitor and mortgage broker, helped make the transactions as smooth as possible and most importantly for the purchaser a REALLY ENJOYABLE experience that exceeds expectations..
